Statement of Interest and Capacity for Immigration-Related Services

Santa Clara County is one of the most diverse communities in America. This diversity is a core strength of our community. Our remarkable diversity also means we have more residents at elevated risk of being targeted and harmed by policies and rhetoric hostile to immigrants, which can have harmful effects on our community’s wellbeing and a chilling effect on residents’ willingness to access needed services, including critical County safety-net services. As a safety net organization, the County has a responsibility to support the wellbeing and safety of all of our residents in their time of need. We stand ready, as we have before, to provide that support.

To effectively address community needs in this uncertain and evolving environment, the County has developed a solicitation process that is flexible and swift. The Statement of Interest and Capacity for Immigration-Related Services Intake Form solicits proposals from service providers who can provide services relating to emergency response, outreach, education, and prevention, community legal clinics, affirmative and defensive direct legal assistance, and other programs deemed essential by the provider for consideration.

Submissions will be considered on a rolling basis.
