The Legislative Policies document linked below is a guide that represents the County of Santa Clara's general policy positions. This document is approved annually by the Board of Supervisors and gives the Office of Intergovernmental Relations (IGR) the authority to engage on legislative advocacy efforts. Each year, IGR works collaboratively with County Departments to adjust policies.
