Office of Budget and Analysis

The Office of Budget and Analysis (OBA) coordinates the annual budget process to provide the Board of Supervisors and the public with information on the allocation of funding and staffing resources. In addition to producing the recommended and adopted budgets each year, OBA coordinates the Capital Improvement Program, which serves as a comprehensive guide that integrates capital, operational, and long-term financial planning activities throughout the county. OBA also provides operational and public policy analysis in support of the County Executive and the Chief Operating Officer.
